He was talking in the times of Hafez al Assad regime, not Bashar al Assad (who have an different ideology politic) . so why are you putting Bashar's photo like if ziad is talking against him.... he have no links with what he was saying...

This is Definitely Ziad Alrahbani back in 1975-1976 when he was against SYRIA. Syria entered Lebanon to protect the so called "Christian Militia" after The Falanges

( Hizb Al-Katayeb) sought help from the late Hafez Al-assad of Syria.

Ziad was a nationalist and still is. Great song writer, and Amazing composer! weired sometimes but when you really get to know what he says you would say : He is genius.
