That is really not the case. Barnabas quotes the Book of Enoch as Scripture, as do many of the Church Fathers. The fact that The Book of Enoch at least existed in Jude's time pretty much rules out the possibility that Jude was pulling this out of the ether. For him to have done so would have been confusing--and he would have known it. Also, his allusion to the Assumption of Moses indicates that he was referring to this genre in general, and not merely Enoch in particular.

There is a small problem how exactly does a gentile follow deuteronomy if its really such a valid book then it doesnt apply to us.Whats your take on it?

@hartejoseph Well, if you listened to the first section, there was this book I opened up called the Lost Books of the Bible. When I saw the word Deuteronomy, it piqued my interest. That book was the Epistle of Barnabas. I have read it aloud on my site. That book explains how I have come to understand not only Deuteronomy, but basically all of the Old Testament. I suggest you read it if you haven't already done so....

god led me to the lost books in the same manner you describe in part 1. It was then and only then, that I could fully embrace my faith without fear in complete comfort. In my heart I knew the words of god spoke more clearly than those of men, highlighting those words of men that are truly inspired. So thank you brother for spreading the word. ;)

I listened to the 5 videos you did and found this to be great insight. I recently read the lost book of enoch and was a bit perplexed by some of it. Some of the descriptions sounded like other worlds to me, yet the black holes theory you talk about gives me new understanding regarding that in his book. Myself have always thought of the black holes as creating the dark energy and dark matter that scientist today are trying to figure out.

@firstpriorities1 I want to add that Martin Luther had major doubts & low views about Hebrews (due to reference to 2nd Maccabees), James, Jude (cause of Enoch), and the Revelation almost wanted to get rid of them. Whats worse is that attempted to put the New Testament in chronological order to put a bad reputation on the Jews.

@firstpriorities1 - this is so true. When i started my studies and research about the authors of the New Testament,I was startled with the results I had. There was a conspiracy from the beginning. If you want to find out more abt Enoch,pls read THE BOOK OF JASHER,this book was even mentioned by Joshua in cha 10:13.there is an original new testament,uneditted and uncorrupted written by the twelve genuine apostles.

"The Word of God" was 'selected' at the Council of Nicaea. The Council was a meeting of political appointees, appointed by the Roman Emperor, in order to bring order and calm to his restless empire. "The Church" is a political organization, not a spiritual one. 'The Church' Jesus referred to was 'heart attitude', not organizational hierarchy. Jesus was all about attitude, not attendance. Only real believers are not frightened by the end times. If you are afraid of the last days, you should be.
