@tnielsenhayden Manhattan is basically the city. When people say I want to go visit NYC they dont think of Queens or Brooklyn. Although these boroughs are technically in NYC, they arent really NYC. The 5 borough system got adopted in like 1920 because of taxation reasons. Just Manhattan used to be the city back then.

That was a tour of Manhattan, not NYC. // A 2-minute tour shouldn't waste time on unreadable spinning neighborhood names. Instead, show a map of Manhattan and highlight the neighborhood you're about to describe. Skip showing the narrator, too. // Left out: 1. Times Square, Grand Central, Museum Row. 2. The Circle Line boat tour and double-decker bus tours are a great intro. 3. You can get anywhere by subway and bus. 4. Sunday: Wall Street & Chinatown. 5. Staten Island ferry: free harbor cruise.
