  • Amazing! She also does a beautiful rendition of "Seasons of Love" from the musical Rent

  • @NOTMARBON I will most definitely check that item out!

  • mp3ify has a shakey rep, and arctananaispapq has been spamming that exact same comment all over YouTube. DON'T BITE! I've already blocked both of them.

  • In the summer of 1968 Aesops Fables did a nice version of this song / JERRY BUTLER ALSO HAS A VERSION OF THIS SONG / The message of this song is so beautiful and universal until everybody can relate to it / it's a desire we've all had TO MAKE SOMEONE WE'RE CRAZY ABOUT LOVE US BACK / KENNY GAMBLE, LEON HUFF,BOBBY ROSS / A THANK YOU!! To The Songwriters!

  • Many Than(x) for this Post!!! The orchestra behind her was Great!!

Upon hearing and purchasing this version in 1967/68 -- I thought that the Supremes/Temptations' version just was not 'the' version. Good. But Madeline's just seemed to 'shine' more... Than(x) Again!!

  • Nice!!!

  • songs nowadays do not have this kind of feel. Soul presented a real romance within a song.

  • Beautiful selection! Haven't heard this one since 1968! This is the first version I became familiar with. (Before The Supremes and the Temptations!)

  • Spring of '68, & OMG did I love this song--& I still own the original 45 I bought. Beautifully done, from a better time. Wolfsky9

  • Supremes/Temptation version was huge but here in the Carolina,s this is the version that still gets all the play in the beach music clubs...Spectacular version still getting lots of play 45 years after its original release

  • it's amazing this song. no matter who sings it or how it's sung, it's so pretty and simple yet delivers a powerful and insightful message.
