This is a complete chest workout that myself and Trish did the other day. We hit the chest from all angles and positions. Compound exercises, isolation exercises, stretching, peak contraction, etc. You gotta give this one a try!

Start with a couple light warm up sets for each exercise. Then do 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Rest about 1-2 minutes between sets.

If you would like to follow a complete workout program make sure to check out my 3 Day Bodybuilding Split Routine at:

  • your wife has very good technique, you don't see many women in the gym who have that good technique and strength at the same time

  • @EpictheEpicest

Thanks for the comments, I'll pass them along to her :-)

  • What's your opinion on the guillotine press Lee, pressing on a flat bench lowering the bar from the very top or your chest/neck to work the upper pecs? I know obviously lifting heaving would be a no-no in this exercise, have you ever tried this form of benching?

  • @tranquility321

I personally hate doing benches to the neck, it hurts my shoulders more than anything. I prefer to bench lower on the chest.

  • What is the song in the beginning?

  • @Johnyboy25

It's a royalty free music clip that I bought for using in my videos.

  • @abarsky17 don't take this offensively but when you're benching do u tend to lean a slight bit to your left side? or any side for that matter? because that puts excess stress on one particular side.

  • 8:50 so hotttt

  • 2:31 - man in background looks like a ghostbuster lol

  • @mariusedge

This is a stretch exercise for both the chest and lats.

  • @abarsky17

You can try pre-exhausting your pecs before hand to help target your chest more. Check out my video called:

"Cable Cross Over Pre-Exhaust Chest Workout"

  • hey man for some reason when i bench i dont feel a burn in my right pec but in my right shoulder, but i do feel the burn in my left pec though. Do you have any idea why this might be occuring ? thx
