@insAneTunA In short this house boat is able to produce more energy then it uses. In a way you could say that it is a self sustaining over-unity system if we do not count the energy that was used to make the materials and to construct the house boat. But maybe in time it can be made efficient enough that it can earn back the energy that was lost during the construction from the Autarc. They're going to monitor all the energy that is used and produced, and they'll put the data on a website.

Great video, and good that your back. If you want to explain to people what use an electrolyzer has tell them to watch the video about the "Autarc" The "Autarc" is a Dutch high-tech and completely self sufficient house boat. It uses solar electricity and the excess energy is used to produce hydrogen. That hydrogen is stored during the day and used to create electricity for night times. The "Autarc" is a world premier, and it is real and here and now, watch?v=2lpQSS-l8ZE

@markj30 They explain to people how it works and what the benefits are, but you don't need the full explanation because you already know how a hydrogen system works. They can put this boat at any place they like because they don't need any connection with the shore. It's completely self sufficient. They use combined solar panels for electricity and hot water. The electricity is used to create clean freshwater and hydrogen. All the comfortable stuff is also integrated.
