@TreacleMary Haha true, maybe in fantasy land. I don't know why people look to media to tell them that they are beautiful. Media is another word for money, Media isn't your grandmother, your boyfriend, your husband etc. They don't see you for who you are, they see you as a price tag. A consumer. I wish someone could actually start a real "true beauty" movement. This is just nonsense , it's like an abusive spouse. They tell that you are beautiful but the next moment they slap you.

@brittanyverjes1 What it all comes down to is that Dove is a product brand and these ads are designed to make money. I say enjoy the ads as they are very nice to see but don't be naive enough to think that the Dove brand or it's parent corporation is out to change the world.
-
@brittanyverjes1 Exactly, do you think Unilever would be still championing natural female beauty if they couldn't show the Dove logo to millions of consumers?
-
Hmm , Unilever corporation which own Dove. You are the same company that owns "Slim Fast" weight loss shakes to look thin and hot. You are the same company that markets skin-bleaching cream to women of color, telling them that their skin shade is worthless and they would be beautiful if they changed it. But then you post this, stop talking out your rear end, hypocrites.

See! That's called beauty!
I am so envious of that first girls freckles and ginger hair.

Before you buy from Dove, watch this >>>>>Dove Onslaught(er)

I think that's the whole point - today's beauty industry tells little girls they aren't perfect, when quite literally they are. It's a massive money-making scam, and it's successful. Sickening.
What's wrong with freckles?

@thebookjunkie that last girl def wasnt a 'picture-perfect' model but her smile was the most contagious and therefore beautiful of them all!
