You see whatever a man earns while married to a woman is seen as her property whole or in part. If it helps anyone the marriage was in Texas and his death was in California. I suspect it was California law that did this. HOW SAD and such a wonderful way to oppress men. Don't get me started on VAWA and what happened to my brother, that is pain and anguish of $120,000 later and a son not recognizing his father when finally reunited. Men. Raising children is about more than JUST playing with kids or keeping 1 eye on them and the other on your IPhone. It also involves meal planning, keeping their home environment clean and organising them. Most of you are in the divorce courts because you failed at these very simple tasks during your marriage.
