it doesnt rly matter which country or which city. its about the neighbourhood. And you can clearly see these are some rough places in this video. Alot of "poor" people live on a small spot. No "social" mix... Thats not good.

@ezzekFFM90 its not about rich counties look at India richer then UK they have slums and that china is a very rich country and look at some of the places. country wealth might be the problem for alot of people.

Even if the conditions in UK, US, France ect. are better than South Africa or Venezuela....
A kid from a broken home in London becomes a gang member for the same reasons a kid from a broken does anywhere else in the world. A kid from LDN will join a gang for the same reason a kid from Colombia does. The human mind and organic conditioning is not limited to artificial borders.
