Here is another real-time real speed paint/sketch.
This one took 15 minutes. Again, laid out the panels etc. and rendered vid at real-time for viewers to dissect technique better.

  • I prefer brush

  • Just so you know, since you are a partner, you don't have a video length cap. You can upload videos that are longer than 10 minutes.

  • No, I think they changed that. I was looking into it before I loaded this thinking the same thing. But it said something like, no matter what kind of account you have the limit is now 10 minutes for everyone. Unless I read it wrong.

  • She looks... sorta scary. Man get a happier photo.

  • She's in the sun... Squinting.

  • @cgsbgs Now that it's 2010 you can have 15 minute length :D

  • wow! this is the first time it hit me! i am an artist/airbrush master(one of the best in the country)and i finally see why everyone wanted to watch me. with me as well as you, we dont see the picture(except for whats in our head), we see the protion we are working on...pretty cool. i had a bad accident and am legally blind now, so all i can do is gimp art, just got it. hopefully i learn this new paint style. thx

  • Omg Its incredible but u could take some music in :)

  • drawing with burn tool at 100% exposure o_O

  • This is great...but I'm wondering how do you scale the paint brush while you continuously paint...it seems like you just flow right in to the next item you need. It really would keep the pace instead of stop and looking for every little thing.

  • i've gotta say... despite the fact this isn't ur best, im amazed, most of all by ur speed...and the way u do it, doesn't look all that fast, but 15 minutes for that :O

  • What do you use ?:Opacity, Flow, possibly brush?

  • Could you put out a link to all the brushes that ur using for us to download? I just love your drawings and it's mean alot :D thanks

  • i always find it uncanny how you can just dive right into details, right from the very begining. no rough sketching, just "BAM! here it is..., oh yeah I pwn with art"

  • i wish i had a better tablet and computer. and at least knew how to get started in doing digital illustration. GAH!!!!
