06-2011 - In today's fancy Digital Recording Studios, it is possible to make Donald Duck sound as good as Elvis. Connie never needed fancy coverups; Connie just had it vocally period!! And beauty!! WOW!! Not just a natural singing voice beyond compare, but natural physical beauty as well. Thanks for GREAT post.

What a beautiful, classy lady! Not only that, a born singer. Don't be deceived by the straightforwardness of her singing. She doesn't need to play vocal tricks or bend notes six ways to Sunday Every recording of her I've ever heard is perfect in volume, pitch, and enunciation. This is exactly why she's a "singer's singer". Love you Connie!
