  • um i think this is VTEC not VVT-i

  • Guys.. Alot of cars have "VTEC" its just that each different car manufacture names it differently... "VVT-I" stands for Variable valve Timing - Inteligence. The maker of the video probably ment "VVTL-I" which stands for the same thing as VVT-I but has valve lift. Stay in school and then try being smart in a comment section.

  • @du5tynhi This is how Honda's Vtec system works, althought Toyota also has something like this that makes the valve open more, the VVT-i doesn't do that, it varies the open-close valve angles.

(if you care to look for info about the subject, you will find that some toyota engines have a VVTL-i system, which does both)

  • this is vtec...

  • ni vtec bukan vvti

  • @hackervirus56 no it dosent jerkface! toyota vvti does not use the locking pin technique with oil pressure thru channels in each [rocker arm] like honda does its uses hydrolic pressure in the Gears to Adjust the [Cam shaft angel!] each car maker has a different method to change valve timing this guy meant VVTI not L

  • Wow!!! If you don't know something, please don't spread your ignorance. This is VVT-I. , this is the variable valve timing intelligence system designed by Toyota (I believe Yamaha had some input). V-TEC is Honda's design. Toyota also has the VVTL-I, which i have in my Celica, that also changes the lift of the cam, something Honda didn't have until the I-VTEC. everyone~~~ please improve your intelligence database ;)

  • @capari68 You're an idiot

  • This is hondas vtec dumb fucks

  • no no that was mivec cause mivec has the high and low lift lobes so both wrong

  • hehehehhe, it's honda's v-tec. wrong
