Kaiten Sushi [RAW Video]

Called "marumaru sushi" or "kaiten sushi", it is best described as "automated revolving sushi". Plates of fresh sushi are placed on a conveyor belt that spans and twists its way around the entire restaurant. Customers take what they want. The color of the plate indicates the price of the dish. Fresh dishes replace dishes taken when they swing through the backroom kitchen area (usually hidden from customer view). If the customer does not see something they want, they can order via an intercom. The plates are marked with the number of their table and sent on their way. those are kappa.

so i'm just wondering why they're there.

Ah, okay, I understand what you mean. The restaurant it was filmed at is KappaZushi, it's a pretty popular franchise of kaitensushi places.

God damn it,why doesnt Ireland have an good sushi bars!!!! All u can get is Salmon (delicious as it is), tuna (nah) and sometimes mackerel (delish).

Sashimi and sushi are the same with the exception that sushi is served atop rice and sashimi (lit. cut body) is not.

Wow, something must be wrong with me, because i smell sushi right now after watching the video ._.

Next time I go to Japan, i'm gunna attempt to do some restaurant hunting and find out which restaurant has the best food :)
