This song was written for Belgian guitarist Jacques Stotzem. During a tour with him and Andy Mckee we got talking and I suggested to him that Canada had the best chocolate in the world. 10 minutes later he forgave as I said we had the best chocolate but was imported from Belgium. SO it inspired the song title.
