Your knees keep you moving (literally), but what can happen to them to slow you down?

  • Hi!

I think I'm currently suffering from jumpers knee, I have like a swelling 2 inches below the knee. It feels like it is right on the bone. Any suggestion what it can be? I'm feeling a huge pain while moving, jumping so on. I haven't hit it into anything, (at least so far I can remember). Have any suggestion to treat/cure it? I'm grateful for a quick reply!

  • 0:52 EPIC FAIL !!!
