  • sorry dont know if anyone asked already, but what amp are you using in this video? thanks! great playing!

  • @cachetband I think it was my Fender Blues Deluxe with a Lorantz Speaker. Thanks for the comments :)

  • Hi....a few of my guitarist friends say get a tubescreamer but it seems it just sounds like changing from a clean to a crunch sound. I have a Blackstar series one 200 just wondering if there is more to it than what i'm thinking. Cheers.

  • @stratocasterrelic it's not a high gain pedal, it's more of a "amp just breaking up" sort of sound with less drive than a distortion pedal

  • I've enjoyed watching your reviews of all these OD's.

How similar do you think this is to the Biyang X Drive in TS mode? In terms of the EQ colouration of the tone.

  • @jonw82

Hi Jonw82, I wil do a comparison video this week for you so you can see and hear it yourself.

    Cheers!

  • use this with xotic bb preamp, or fulltone OCD v4 for a nice hard-ish rock/ grunge like pearl jam

  • i love the sound of this pedal, im looking for a tone similar to the outro solo john mayer has in the live at where the light is dvd, is this suitable? i have a strat and a nice blues amp so there is no problem there.

  • Love OZ accent :-)

  • question...i play stuff like pentagram, saint vitus, sabbath etc...i have a big muff pi with tone wicker, gives me the heaviness i want (think 70s heavy) but i lose attack and articulation...would running one of these together with a muff pi do the job? this is mostly for home recording-i'm mostly a bassist/trumpet player

  • great tone to play with, cool licks!
