  • Two months ago I tried to show my splits to my dance teacher after several months of training. I warmed up and did the necessary exercices to ge my legs ready for the splits. I went down and when I reached the ground, I felt a weird thing like a bone was dislodged in my hamstring. Turns out, I pulled my hamstring. I am recovering now and I just saw a physiotherapist. By the way, I'm thirteen.

  • Thanks, this helped a lot!
