Grandia II PC Melfice(Part one)

I guess I wasted too much time with melfice and it ran over 10 min. I added in some cutscenes at the end since fast forwarding is bleh and havign a 2 min long video of the end of the fight is equally bleh

um yeahhh there's a fix for how he keeps going 'heh heh heh' constantly... My game doesn't do that; he does it like every 10~15 seconds or so like he is supposed to. Yeah. That's annoying.

Why are your characters so hideously underpowered?

How so? That I didn't use any of those tactics that make the game pathetically easy? By the way I killed each part only because I wasn't sure if I'd get all the items from the battle if I only killed melfice the fight would be 5 min at the most. Most of the second half is cutscene and I play defensively.

I never grind in any rpg. It removes any challenge and is boring as hell.

@ShykinArcana I'm not saying to grind, I hate grinding in this game. I haven't played it in a long time, but I'm sure Tenseiken Slash should be higher than Level ONE by that point of the game, surely...

Flying tenzeiken is Lv4 and near instant (It went off before melfice even got an attack off), I skipped the beginning abilities so I could have capped out high level attacks early on. They do more damage but I screwed up because I can only use them half as many times. Overall the DPS is lower.

I didn't spread out my points and focused them on the strongest attacks.

@KiSsInTHERainxo I have original cd on dreamcast , that laugh is indeed looped .

So one your talking about is most likely defective

Hehehe, I remember how I made a mess of the audio files. Flying Teinseiken sounds like Nekeisniet gniylf (reversed), hahaha!

One thing I loved about the DC version-voices were more apparent, they weren't as loud as some chants with attacks and and the characters actually groaned in pain.
