@GJRM18 Hah yeah! It's tricky because the Silver Surfer is owned by Marvel Comics, I love that character, but didn't want to license him and then worry about his story / mythology for Marvel's approval when really it's about reimagining Satriani as a comic character. Decided it was best to avoid, since the Satriani / Silver Surfer connection has already been explored - tried to create something new ;D

I see a "Musical Justice League" starting to form. Vai can be "The Shaman" He can enter mystical states and attain second sight as he plays a guitar made of crystals and sacred stones. Yngwie can be "The Viking" who's guitar strings are made from the same steel as Thor's hammer. His playing speed can stop time itself..... very handy. John Petrucci can be "The Accelerator" The CERN machine is his amp. He speeds up time and does battle with The Viking. New Universes are made whenever they fight.
