Challenge 1 to The Florida Bar [Member by Member]

Ethics investigating committee chaired by opposing co-counsel is intentionally selected by The Florida Bar to investigate claims arising from the still on-going case. Explain: 1. How is there not an "appearance of impropriety"? 2. How is there not a violation of due process (add the fact that claims of criminal conduct had been made as to the conduct of some of the parties, their counsel and the successive judges, so that this was not some ordinary garden variety ethics matter!)?
