Just like to say, that is not incline, it's decline, 2nd.. way off decline form, they should have they're back straight, cause they are putting serious pressure on their joints, 3rd should be doing something a bit easier so that they can accomplish it, cause they all look like beginners that need to start at a beginner stage
ummm... I think it would be more beneficial for most of those people to do exercises they can actually do properly! And by that I mean 5-15 reps of either of those exercises with PROPER form. Also the instructor isn't even having them turn the rings out when they are in support?? Kinda lame class, just paying to do exercise that LOOK cool, well not when you're doing them they don't! At least not yet! Have them do things they're capable of doing properly for better results!
