A UFO is an unidentified flying object,I do know it was not a helicopter.But since I do not know what it is, That makes it a UFO.

If you ask me the object keeps its spatial relationship to the electrical wires just a touch too perfectly. The only reason it appears to move is the movement of the camera as the operator passes underneath the wires. If you look at it carefully as it comes into focus it looks like it is either a very large spider or some type of cloth suspended between the top and bottom wire. I live in Des Moines by the way.

The video camera has a small video capture limit so that is why the video was short.
