Marines rescue 15 hostages. Because this was a German vessel the pirates (under international law) where extradited from Holland to Germany to face their prosecution.

The pirates where send over to Germany. The court of Hamburg had to handle for the first time within nearly 200!!! years piracy. They where all jailed and will send back in a couple of years.
