Description:
Its Dog Rivers 100th birthday, and Hank wants to pay tribute by building a scale model of the town using Lego blocks. Like any artist, he demands perfection, but when his supply of building material dries up, hes forced to take desperate measures in the name of art. Meanwhile, the town has a laugh when they learn Karen once excelled in a sport nobody knew existed; and Wandas campaign to keep people from celebrating her birthday proves too successful.

If you mean Weeds on HBO, I suspect it's because this is a show that no longer airs new or rerun episodes, while Weeds is still in production.
