  • @MoreSwoleTheyKnow DJ Shog - pictures of you

  • Excellent effort brother. It is as inspirational to see people busting their ass even though not able to complete as it is to see people who complete. Just watching you put in the effort makes me want to go to the gym.

  • haha, thanks.

  • i don't get why there are so many internet haters about CrossFit. What is it exactly about people exercising this way that makes you so angry? What problem do you have with it? Just because you don't like something, or perhaps do not agree with the method, it doesn't give you the right to go around calling these people 'losers', 'fags', or all the other hateful bullshit you come up with.

i don't do crossfit, but i see nothing wrong with people getting off their couch and into a gym

  • crossfit.....LOL FAGGOTS

  • @guitayrplaya This isn't meant to be a complete troll of a comment. But should he stop doing any power cleans or front squats until he has a perfect front rack? I work on wrist and shoulder mobility to get a better form every day. I'm much worse than him. Should we both just stop?

  • big boss

  • Nice half assed squat.

  • do a real fucking squat

  • Epic dude!!! Loving the effort. You left it all on the floor.

  • @ricardozs1983 I've cleaned 125kg (not incredible, but above average), and this workout is definitely not a warm up at anything 70kg or up. It gets very hard around 80-90kg
