I guess I should have posted the lyrics before : here they are in both Irish and English. Emma Kate's "Gaeilge" is from Connaught although she is Scottish born

No, it's Italian. Her fathers family were Italian with an Irish mother but she has lived here forever!- also went to an all Irish secondary school where every subject was through Irish a great grá for the gaeilge !!!

Why did they put it in a language no one understands? I have no idea what she's saying so it becomes kind of meaningless really. I know more about "God Save the Queen" than "Aran na Bhfian". :(
