I met this guy today at a gas station right outside of JBLM. I am a CHIEFS fan and was wearing my beanie when I met him. He and I spoke briefly and he seemed like a wonderful man. I think he would have bought me a beer if I was not wearing my RED AND GOLD! God Bless, Otis!
Thank you for doing this. I am not a Raiders fan, but I became interested in the Legacy of Otis Sistrunk and his legacy. He was truly a great player and he seems to be a great human being.
That was a nice piece on Raider legend, Otis Sistrunk. Also, it looks like they put some effort into this production. So how could they mispell, "Oakland," at 6:20 through 6:50. That's pretty embarrassing.
this dude was an animal in his prime... used to gore & maul offensive linemen... used to love his forearm smashes into qb faces. A wise sage now. Glad to still see him out there active.
He studied ballet one off season.

I knew Mr Sistrunk in 1988 when he worked at the one of the on post gymnasiums; he was a great guy.

I ran into Otis at a 7/11 today. He was kind of an asshole.

We also know that Alex Karras was amazed at Otis talents and skills of the game without having gone to COLLEGE.
