Estensioni a 45° della gamba con il carico esterno (cavigliera). Ripetizioni lente in 2 tempi musicali, in tempi singoli e tenuta isometrica. Ripetizioni minime consigliate 3 serie x 4 volte da 2 tempi musicali, 3 serie x 8 ripetizioni singole, tenuta isometrica per un 32 musicale.
