I was reading through the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - Himatsubushi arc on onemanga(dot)com and noticed that Rika and Neuro are pretty similar, especially in the way that Rika said that Akasaka was annoying for asking too many questions. This came out of it. No, really, it did. I hardly editted this at all after I got the clip. I only editted his face when he said "nipaaah~" because if I didn't, he'd keep talking. e we;;

The subtitles lie. The translation is actually something like this:

"I'm sorry for making you all worry about me! But I'm really fine! Nipaaah~!"
