@Ezzequiel2517 : If you are not fond of raw veges, yes, you can do that. Saute them, cool them down and then add them to the pasta.

this is good but I made some slight changes to the vegetables by roasting 3 different color bell peppers and then dicing them or slicing them into small strips. Its has a better flavor.
