Am I the only one who watches these for the recipes? I'm definitely making this, though maybe without SO much chili and pepper.
And by the way, Tilapia is delicious and very good for you, because it's usually farm raised _without_ the mercury and PCB's you find in a lot of other mass-market fish. Boo-Yah!
