You see alot of berlingos in Sydney now. They are a great small car for tradesman.
Ive owned mine for 12 months and would like to go electric.

Try for alkaline batteries so that u can reduce the weight and increase the mileage and also add one solar panel to charge the battries when u are out.

Sounds like metal was being chewed up inside.. something ain't right.

We later found that the gearbox (transaxle) for this car had very little oil in it. We refilled it and it is a lot better now. There was also some noise from packing tape that came along with (inside) the motor. We removed most of it, some was left, this has now almost worn away.
