This just demonstrates these kids have parents who either can't be bothered or are just totally unable to put the time and effort into their kids' childhood. Same as smacking - can't be bothered to actually converse with your children to understand them so control them by belting them. I've never hit my child and can't imagine ever wanting to. She has never thrown a tantrum or lashed out at anyone. She is happy and confident because I, as a parent, spend time, you know, parenting.

Part of the problem is a misunderstanding about the nature and content of child discipline. In today's confused politically correct climate, parents have been intimidated into thinking that spanking = child abuse. Nothing could be further from the truth if done in love and under control. . In fact, it is more abusive to children to yell, bribe, and cajole than it is to spank. Children need clear and firm boundaries, and the security that swift, clear discipline brings. Justice and mercy.

These brats need a good-Ole fashion whoopin! My kids got their behind whopped when it was needed. They grew up to be fine adults and doing well on their own. None of them ever, ever put their hand on me because they knew better. STUPID DUMB PARENTS!!!
