Louder Than Words

Ok so this was my vid I was working on for Level Up 2011(which is a contest where a novice editor signs up with a pro editor and they work together to make something epic). I ended up not being able to enter now because of registration issues with my pro, whatever I'll get over it. So yeah, enjoy whatever the crap i did with this vid XDDD

I actually enjoyed working on this vid(even though it is freak 5 min long!!) I LOVE CASSHERN SINS! I was trying out some new techniques and effects with the help of my pro Zane(TacoAMV) At the time I was just getting the hang of editing action vids, but I think I've gotten the hang of it now.(It just doesn't show in this vid lol) Overall I think working with Zane has really improved my editing in general. My flow has gotten a lot better which to me was my biggest issue. He's really taught me a lot about how to get the quality sharper and just making the video look nicer overall. Even though I didn't get to enter the contest in the end, I'm still happy I got the chance to meet and work with Zane. He is very talented and a great teacher. And the true point of the contest was to learn something, which I did. So that is all that matters. ^_^

Wow. Undoubtedly your best work so far. I haven't sen this anime, but you still get across the action and the emotion. My favorite part is the very beginning. The vibration of the clips and then BAM! the AMV kicks off and doesn't let up. Great song, great quality of clips, great editing, great storytelling. Two thumbs way way up :).
