Stock engine means that you didnt change anything within the engine...
Adding a turbo has mostly nothing to do with the engine itself...
Those upgrades can be done for 6000$ and you get those 300 extra hp...
But the engine has to be capable to handle those extra 300 hp, which isnt everytime the case.

The amount of ignorance in these comments take away from the actual video...where an internally stock d16z6 has a turbo kit on it,with supporting bolt-ons,went down the track....

Stock motor = Stock internals regardless of the "bolt-on" upgrades.
Turbo kit is a bolt-on upgrade.
No one ever said the car was stock, only the motor.
