@logume1881 Until you have that "Duh" moment and realize that the Boss speedometer has KPH in the little numbers lol.

The SS CAN hit 60 in 4.5 seconds. They just didn't do it well. The Boss? The fastest (i think) it's hit 60 was 3.9 seconds.
The GT would have been more fair for the SS.

Its kinda funny to see this paradigm shift.
The older Mustang with the 4.6l v8 was a slow, sub-standard, under-engineered shit-box. It seemed for the longest time that the mustang was doomed to play second fiddle to the Camaro in every aspect accept sales numbers for nearly 20 years. Then the mustang actually got fast for a change and now its the Camaro that's outselling the the Mustang. LOL
Interesting to see a change in the status quo.

@TheDerrangedSquirl1 not to mention you can actually see out of the stang.

They were pretty even at the end, too.

This video is just seeing how fast you can convert from MPH to KPH in your head. XD

@call911next No, it's not a fair compairison to the Camaro SS. Chevy doesn't make a Camaro to compete with the Boss 302. Just the GT, and now Shelby.

@competitionready yes you're right

@HamadHHAG I thought that was the hennessy boss that went 3.9 0-60. Even if so those numbers are a lot harder to come by with the boss than with the camaro. I was only pointing out the typical performance numbers. SS=sports car GT = sports car 302=track car
Boss wins.
Boss has a better exhaust sound, looks better, and goes faster.

Boss 302 0 - 100 km/h 4.4
SS 0 - 100 km/h 5.5
Boss 302 reach top speed (158.5) mph (255.0) km/h
While SS at (151.9) mph (244.5) km/h
Then SS reach top speed (159.6) mph (256.8) km/h
Even GT could defeat this SS lol
