July 2009 Customer Success Story Contest: Video Submission.

"On the 4th of July, while we were at a neighbors house, someone entered our house through a window and took the kids XBOX and all the add-ons. When we realized that they were missing, I checked the cameras. I had a very good clip of one of the known neighborhood drug abusers approaching the front window."

"We called the police and filed a report. They came out, investigated the scene, and reviewed the cameras. They took a copy of two of the video clips with them. Later, the detectives came to the house for more information. They informed us that they had an arrest warrant for the person and were going to get a subpoena for a Craigslist ad, which they believed had our stolen items up for sale."

"In the first video clip, you can see the thief coming up to the front window. The second clip shows my kids coming home to change into their swim trunks while he was in the house. Luckily, they didn't go down to the basement where the missing items were. The Police were impressed with the quality of the video and they came back out to get more information on the cameras."
