High Resolution M.U.G.E.N - Shin Gouki vs. Judgment

I try to not fight Guilty Gear characters on M.U.G.E.N because, well, they're a little unbalanced. In the Guilty Gear games, the camera backs away and gives both fighters enough elbow room, but this is nonexistent in M.U.G.E.N. Because of this, a character like Judgment, who has normal moves that take up almost the entire screen, has a slight advantage. It's not just Guilty Gear, but also a lot of other fighting games, like Immaterial and Missing Power too.

But, I digress. And I won anyway.

how do you add characters in this mugen? I wanna add mainly DBZ fighters, i only have goku and the rest are Guilty gears &street fighters, 40 characters only. I have the 2002.4.14 version....
