@Lokivoid well I discovered later that after about 10-30 minutes of running, the noise goes away. there is some vibration before that when there is noise. not just that, you can't type long word on it , it will crash in certain movement, and you can't even edit it until you switch the fan off then on then immediately hit edit before it reach the crashing movement.

Since the noise disappear after some time, I think it worth the price I bought it for, it was too cheap anyway.

If it is also vibrateing odds are it is just the POV wheel being cheaply made with no counter balance. If the motor is making the sound without any vibration its just a cheap brush motor.

@Lokivoid I just bought one, and the fan makes heavy noise, worse than the noise one's can make by biting teeth constantly. . it might be defected .or it might be a "feature"
