  • I got a chance to see these kids at Mt. Airy Fiddlers convention. Real talented younger generation. The girl has got a great voice. Can't wait to see them again.

  • Thanks for the comment. We live in Floyd and often attend the Friday Night Jamboree at the country store. We moved here from Miami Florida and before coming here never heard of Blue Grass. The Galax string and leaf festival was our first introduction. What a cultural shock! From salsa to flat footing, we love it!

  • That's great to hear. I'll try to get up to Floyd and see you, if not I'll see you in Galax at the fiddler's convention. If you get a chance, come down to the Sat. morning jam in Mt. Airy. Open jam on stage starts at 9:00.
