Realistic is when you hear all the cars and other sounds as well. I don't know what's distorted about it. I prefer it this way. And so do many others apparently.
Pity, that you don't hear the microphone troubles during the Big Ben sounds in your video. That means you don't know how a bell should sound in reality. But - let's end this fruitless discussion now. If you can't accept mild criticism, don't worry, most people can't, so you are quite normal and alright ... ;-)
Well - realistic is the sound you hear on the grounds around the bell tower, because the microphone in your recording is clearly very close to the bells up in the Tower, where normal visitors are not allowed to be. Besides, the sound of the great Bell "Big Ben" itself is distorted in your recording, since the microphone was beyond its limits, and a distorted sound can never be a truly realistic sound.

What's realistic? You hear the sound with a good resonance as you would hear from nearby.

Whereas this sounds a bit bleak and has a very blurry and unsteady video. Don't miss the clicks at the end.

@Eadwig
Nevertheless, the sound here is much more realistic than in your video ... ;-)
