  • The song is "Love is the Sweetest Thing" by Ray Noble. It's been published on an album called "The very Thought of you" or it is available at iTunes.

  • @Songsmirth in those days people didn't split hairs on the legalities. They followed the spirit of the law, and they would have understood his actions as an act of mercy. it would have been almost impossible to charge such a distinguished, honorable man so easily.

  • After watching this again, I had a thought. Wouldn't M. Priot be considered an accomplice to murder if he knew what she was going to do?

  • D= That's so sad!!

  • Emma is just amazing *.* :))

she's just like i imagined Jaqueline when i read the book.. first i thought i dont wanna see the film, it can't be better than the book... but WOW it's just as amazing, stunning and moveing.... it's kinda like Romeo & Juliet - i love that story too. it's too sad my favorite characters always die..

Death on the Nile is my 2nd fave book from Agatha Christie (the absolute fave is And then there were none or as we call it Ten Little Niggers..) but the film is THE BEST!:)

  • The music was lovely until the gramophone music came on ... think that spoiled it a bit!

  • Reminds me of a saying, "you can't base your happiness on the misery of others . ." Too true. This snowballed on them but had they been tried in Egypt they would have been put to death anyway. When I first read this story I never expected this ending. I thought they'd just be put in prison and die there unless the British consul got them out somehow. I knew of some military soldiers that broke some Mexican laws when I was a kid. They were put in prison in Mexico and left. Not our country.

  • i think Emma Malin is a very good actor

  • who's said 'who the thought come to this?' what the character that she act??

  • Kinda like Romeo and Juliet!!! O.O
