  • I'm currently reading Metabolic Typing Diet by William Wolcott and Trish Fahey. It's pretty good!

  • Yes, The Metabolic Tpying Diet book is one of the best diet books anyone will ever read. It is byfar the most accurate way for any individual to eat. If you have any questions feel free to let me know.

    God Bless your health!

  • what a good video

  • @facereto 'I don't see any value in Pubmed and I have 30 years research'

Great, then you'll suggest a different scientific database to reveal some evidence of 'metabolic typing'?

It is a requirement that culturati not find value in science in order to apply science fiction.

  • You have not done enough research'

That's because there IS NO 'research' on 'metabolic type diets'. Humans have relatively little variation in genes and this is reflected in the scant differences of macronutrients naturally found in human breast milk to suit the needs of baby humans at the most critical stage of life. Unless u think the human genome is defective, u can throw away your science fiction books of metabolic types, they are just psychological types.

  • Chimpanzee Subspecies Are Genetically Mixed And More Diverse Than Humans. ScienceDaily Nov. 8, 1999

Despite differences between various cultures, humans represent a remarkably homogeneous population. Genetic differences within chimpanzees are 5 times greater than within humans. Whatever genetic differences arose in separate gene pools are now diminishing with increased gene flow. 2010 Dr Kimballs Biology Page.

There is no science on 'metabolic type'. Differences in diet are psychological types.

  • @Chrisisms

You have not done enough research Chrisisms. Digestion and nutrient requirements are different for humans depending on the individuals biochemical needs. Do a search on Bill Wolcott, William Donald Kelly, HealthExcel, and much more if you need me to send it to you. I don't see any value in Pubmed and I have 30 years research.

  • There is NO such thing as a "metabolic type" in regard to digestion/nutrient requirements: not for humans, not for ANY animal. Members within species differ at the molecular level but not in general digestion & basic nutritional needs. This is precisely why we see remarkably similar breast milk composition as long as the mother doesn't have a nutrient deficiency. Try a Pubmed search to see how non-existent the evidence is in favor of blood type/metabolic type diets.
