@pewster31 A pin is set when the driver is stuck above the shear line, which is happening here. The pins ARE setting, when he rotates the cylinder (again, exactly the same as picking. He just happens to be setting all at once.)

@szxxxx They actually arent setting, your catching them at the falling point. This doesnt work on all locks.

Spray lubricant oil into the keyway, adjust the oscillation range of the pick,then find out the correct position of ur pick,maybe close to the pins or away from the pins.
