You look fine (hair, shorts, etc.). You don't have to conform to U.S. standards. Continue doing your own thing. You're a great example to the rest of us who want to get as fit as you. Plus, you're very kind to answer questions from people--unique on youtube.
You've probably answered this, but (besides abs), how many times a week do you exercise each muscle group? I assume two (?). Ciao!

@7777Martes Thank you for your appreciation and for showing it among these comments in here, which seem to point to my supposed gayness (each video I posted share different issues: this one inspires the "gay guy" one...).
Presently I train each body part twice a week and the abs every other day: training our body parts thrice a week can be good, as long as one doesn't workout more than 15 minutes a day.

1. get a hair cut..manly one
2. remove that make up..if ur using any

@mark1qt Do you mean the upper pectoralis major? This muscle acts to adduct the arms in the orizontal plane AND in the frontal plane: so one has to perform both movements to make it good (i.e., push-ups and dips). Regards.
