Demi finished her song almost in tears. Joe was looking at her the whole time but then he looked down (A/N: boohoo, hurt maybe? That's what you get). Confusion shot through his mind. Demi left without a word. Joe saw Taylor and started to go to her. He heard her talk to Miley so he listened.

Taylor: It was you.

Miley: Me what?

Taylor: You told Demi the truth.

Miley: Oh you mean you dating Joe for popularity? Yep, it was me.

Taylor: Bitch! Anyway, Joe didn't believed her. Poor thing, she was so crushed *she laughed a little*

Joe cleared his throat.

Taylor: *she turned around* Joe? (A/N: paha! Burn bitch)

Joe: So Demi was right? (A/N: duh!)

Taylor: No, it's not what it looks like.

Joe: Stop lying. Woa, all I though we had was false.

Taylor: Joe...

Joe: I need to talk to her.

~The next morning~

Selena: You sure you don't want us to take us to the airport?

Demi: No, it's ok. I hate goobyes so let's do this here.

Selena: Fine *she hugged her* I'm gonna miss you.

Demi: *she hugged back* I'll miss you too.

Then Nicole and her hugged.

Nicole: Bye Demi.

Demi: Bye Nicole.

Selena: Anything you want us to do?

Demi: Yeah. Please give this to Joe *she handed her an envelope with Joe's name on it*

Selena: Sure.

Demi get in the taxi and it drove away.


~10 minutes later~
Joe parked his car in front of the house and get out (A/N: Joe you slow poke. You couldn't arrived something like 10 minutes ago?!) He walked to the door and rang the doorbell.

Selena: *she opened the door* Hey *she glared at him*

Joe: Um, hey. Can I talk to Demi?

Selena: She's not here.

Joe: Where is she?

Selena: It's for you *she gave him the envelope*

Joe frowned and opened it. There was a letter (A/N: From Santa Klaus maybe) He read it.


Dear Joe,
I have so much to say. Where can I start? Well maybe by telling you that the song was about you. I poured all my heart in it. You hurt me when you didn't believed me. Do you know how much it hurts when someone you love doesn't believe you? Yeah, I said it. I love you. And I guess you don't love me back. Yet, I kinda though you did. You flirted with me and kissed me. You did one of the worst thing a guy can do to a girl: play with her feelings. The question is how strong do you think I am? The answer is not strong enough. I love you but I have to protect my heart (A/N: Gotta go my own way much?). Self preservation. That's why I'm leaving. I'm going to New York with my parents. I'll miss you but it's for the best. Tell Taylor she wins. I wasn't even playing in her game.

Selena: So?

Joe: I have to find her. She can't leave.

Selena: Wait, I'm coming with you *she grabbed her coat and closed the door*

Joe jumped in his car followed by Selena and pressed the speed.
