@SteamfitterStu Go by the written recipe. Early on, I learned that its better not to give measurements in my videos and just best to write them out, it's more accurate that way, let me know if you have any other questions ;)

On your video you state 1 tablespoon mint, 2 tablespoons sumac, but your web site states 1 teaspoon mint, 2 teaspoons sumac. Please clarify. By the way, thank you for your videos!! Will also be trying your chicken shawarma recipe.
