Working through a PTTP deadlift cycle. 5x345. Not that hard, I have a lot left. Noticed a couple things on this video I will correct, such as the excessive lean back at the top.

    well i just read the book and will be doing this as soon as i pick up a barbell.

    How has your strength gains beens since using it?

  • I am following PTTP, 2x5, I am doing the dumbell deadlift instead at the side, my flexability is poor, so I have to dead dumbells at the side instead.

    I am also doing Barbell curl, floor chest press, side press.

    I am just looking to keep lean with bulking. How have you found the pttp?

  • Hey, nice one! Are you doing PTTP? Have you maintained wiry strengh? without bulk?
