Working through a PTTP deadlift cycle. 5x345. Not that hard, I have a lot left. Noticed a couple things on this video I will correct, such as the excessive lean back at the top.
I am following PTTP, 2x5, I am doing the dumbell deadlift instead at the side, my flexability is poor, so I have to dead dumbells at the side instead.
I am also doing Barbell curl, floor chest press, side press.
I am just looking to keep lean with bulking. How have you found the pttp?
plus your back is rounded...

Hey, nice one! Are you doing PTTP? Have you maintained wiry strengh? without bulk?
