The west is simply trying to have its way with the developing world, while maintaining the image of the good self-less hero.
This is very similar to the national debt schemes that the west uses to extort poorer countries of their livelihood.

wtf?! You are not on your own JAZ -- i too got very confused watching this prog! Classic example of a complex subject made even more complex by the reporter. i am feeling very inadequate!!
