@eddiedaskull Maybe it is effective, I don't know it for sure, but that part of it what people don't see, because this in the vid is not, specially when that gentleman looking man just hold out his arm, and 4 man are just falling down. When u.s. marine corps would try to attack him, would he do the same??? Maybe he uses the force, otherwise he deserve it to beaten...

can anyone explain me those no touch or soft touch moves like between 1.05 to 1.12 and 3.26 to 3.50 ? This is the only thing about systema that none could explain in a simple, realistic, believeable way.
